Starting January 6, 2021, at 1:10 AM UTC, some imported solution flows which were in a disabled or deactivated state were not displaying owner information or displaying inaccurate information in the flow details page. We have completed the deployment of the fix to all impacted regions on January 16, 12.30 AM UTC and the issue has been resolved.

Search for support
Select your flow from the Notifications icon at the top of the web portal or from the Activity tab in the mobile app.
In the flow details, find the step with the red exclamation point icon. This is the error message for your flow.
